Prices
All prices are quoted in Swedish kronor (SEK) including Swedish VAT. We reserve the right to change our prices. Prices in store and online may vary.

Order confirmation
When the order is placed in the online shop, an order confirmation is automatically sent to you by e-mail, as a confirmation that the order has been received by us. The order confirmation email may be sorted as spam by some email programs, so please check that folder if you have not received a confirmation.

Delivery & Shipping
Normal delivery time is 2-5 working days, provided that the desired product is in stock. If it is not, you will be notified by email. The shipping cost is for delivery to DHL Servicepoint fixed price of 59: - incl. VAT and will be added at checkout. Delivery with Postnord Servicepoint is 149: - incl. VAT and will be added at checkout. If you live in Gothenburg, you can choose to pick up your order in our store located in Haga. When picking up goods in the store, no shipping cost is added. Packages that are not picked up will be sent back to us unredeemed, we will then charge a return fee of SEK 200. This also applies if you have provided the wrong address information or mobile number. You as a customer are responsible for providing correct delivery information and that the package is picked up! Please note that unpaid shipments are not covered by the right of withdrawal, ie, the package does not apply as a return or canceled purchase! If you want the package sent again, new shipping of SEK 59-149 will be added, depending on the shipping choice. 

Right of withdrawal & Returns
Should you for any reason regret your purchase, open purchase applies within 14 days and the right of exchange within 30 days from the day you received the item. The right of withdrawal only applies to a product that is in as good condition as when you received it. No broken packaging. If you are not satisfied and want to return the item, send us an email before to info@tvalaochtvaga.se. The customer is responsible for shipping costs upon return. We will refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Payment method
Klarna.
Swish: You can choose to pay your order via Swish. You then swish the order amount to us and enter your order number as a message in your Swish app. The goods will be sent when we see your payment.
